Private-law contract is not ready yet to be translated, Serbian partners cannot hire the PhDs or purchase field equipment, computer, software etc. Back-up plans are discussed and timeline of project activates updated with new tentative dates. Hopefully, we will not lose the 2020 vegetation period.
